Welcome to the home of Durham Hockey Juniors

From here you can find out about all of the amazing things our juniors are getting up to, as well as any important training or game information.

Our open junior training sessions take place every Sunday at Maiden Castle from September to June at the following times:

U10s @ 10am - 11am
Over 10s @ 10.30am to 12pm

The training costs £4 per week and caters for all abilities from complete beginners to junior members who play in the club's senior teams. Anybody interested in taking part should come along and give it a go. All you need is shoes that are suitable for astro turf (ordinary trainers will do), a pair of shinpads and a mouthguard.

We try to get as many of our juniors as possible involved in competitive games so we enter teams in a number of age range competitions covering from U10 to U18.

We welcome all levels of ability and ages from 4-16 at our club and hope that by providing high quality coaching we will encourage young people to lead healthy and active life.
