The family of Hannah Baker-Smith would like all those who loved Hannah to attend Whitley Bay crematorium (NE26 4NH) at 11.15am on 21st December 2017
Afterwards we would like you all to join us at Percy Park Rugby Club (NE30 2BE) to share your memories with us.
In true Hannah style please feel free to wear whatever you want!
